Description

Thomas and Percy's HO models were recycled as different models with the same moulds in the Bachmann Junior range. Thomas' model was repainted into engines such as 2005, Billy and Stuart. Percy's model was repainted into GWR locomotives and Greg. Interestingly, they were given front couplings. The blue narrow gauge van has the letters "SR" painted on the side which stand for "Skarloey Railway", while the red van does not, as it's based on Cora from The Railway Series. Interestingly enough, the large scale Brake Van similarly has the letters "NW" for " North Western". Part of his boiler is raised due to the middle section not being reassembled properly before shooting. In the closeup of Gordon when he says "Well, little Thomas, now you know what hard work means, don't you?" Wellsworth station is missing and there is also a gap between his eyes. Gordon is waiting outside platform 2 for his coaches, but when Thomas puffs in, Gordon and his coaches are outside platforms 3 and 4.

Thomas Land is aimed at children, and contains a large number of attractions suitable for young families. An unidentified object obstructs the camera lens in the top-left corner of the shot when James and Henry pass by at Knapford. The object is most likely studio equipment. Thomas/Sir Handel/Gordon/Peter Sam/James/Percy/Duncan/Stepney/Diesel/Rosie is now arriving at Knapford Station! On the Shining Time Station episode, A Place Unlike Any Other and the Thomas' Halloween Adventures DVD, the last few seconds of the episode are cut. The roofs are attached and have plastic frames and rectangles attached underneath them to resemble windows, unlike the large scale models that have unattached roofs. Emily's coaches and the Christmas coaches have similar features. The town's growth as a port and industrial centre has been phenomenal and it rapidly became the Island's commercial capital. However, it still retains many marks of its uncouth origins and is not attractive to tourists. Nevertheless, those ramblers who are bold and dedicated enough to scramble up the steep path beside the Falls of Tid will be rewarded in the valley beyond, which is a place of awesome splendour. Mention of the Falls is a further reminder of Messrs A. W. Dry's enterprise. In 1906, by harnessing the Falls of Tid, Tidmouth became the first town in Sodor to be lit by electricity. Tidmouth received a Royal Charter to become a Borough in 1918.

The cab steps are mounted on the valences instead of under the footplate. Strangely, his prototype model did not have this problem. During Clive Spong's time as illustrator, the station was usually incorrectly depicted as having six terminal roads and two glass canopies, with the "through" road outside the station's glass roof. Two floors for passenger boarding and baggage loading/unloading play, plus working elevator and baggage claim, working crossing gates, and Annie & Clarabel passenger cars

The human figures were originally marketed as HO scale but have been relabelled large scale since the introduction of said range due to being too large. Thomas is a blue tank engine who works at a big station called Knapford on an island called Sodor. His job is to fetch coaches for the other engines and then take them away the engines are done pulling them and when the passengers get out. Thomas thinks he works the hardest and is often very cheeky to the bigger engines, especially a big and proud engine named Gordon who pulls the Express. Thomas likes to startle him rudely by teasing him with his loud whistle. In the close-up of Thomas' driver and fireman inside his cab, the shed is missing as just blue sky can be seen in through Thomas' cab windows.
