I read along with the audiobook and Hillary Huber did a great job with the narration! I'd expect nothing less. Working from different angles, Kit and Sam work to uncover the truth... And their growing feelings for one another. But Kit is one determined detective and will stop at nothing to uncover a killer who has been active for at least twenty years. I totally devoured this book, it’s one of those that you can’t put down and you ignore everything around you until you’ve finished it.

I love that this book laid the groundwork for what promises to be a fabulous series. This book is serious and heartbreaking but offers so much promise when it comes to the strength of the characters and their determination to find justice. This was a thrilling book that I literally sped through because I just had to know what was going to happen next, and I am very excited for the next book in the series.
