This watch is is a representation of a 1940 Panerai 6152, Marina Militare: It was produced for the Italian Navy, and would have had a Rolex 618 movement. Not many survive, actual numbers aren’t known for sure but its probably less than 100. If you see an ‘original' for sale anywhere but a very expensive auction house you can be certain its a fake. As one of the many Eaglemoss victims you have my full appreciation and i senserely hope PCT and Fanhome appreciate your hard work as well!!! You realy deserve it !!

I've just been landed with two cases of Eaglemoss Military Watches, the ones you buy every month that comes with a magazine. Based in England, Eaglemoss Collectables entered into “administration”— a UK status analogous to bankruptcy in the United States — and the company’s online web shops went offline as all communication from the Eaglemoss team ended, leaving Star Trek fans and collectors wondering just what was going on. Did you receive the correct front right door (no review mirror opening) as part of 91 or were you waiting for it as part of 107? The interesting thing about Eaglemoss is that a lot of the bits of the business were still functional and are still attractive to somebody else, I think. We are still in the process of trying to see who that somebody else might be — there’s a lot of legal messes to be tidied up from the Eaglemoss side of things first, though. The French aviator with two working sub dials intrigued me, I was actually quite impressed as it had a proper if a little light steel bracelet to find that someone at the factory had forgotten to put the 1 numeral on the dial. The NASA astronauts "homage" is a fully working chronograph I am led to believe which if you think about the price of the magazine, an absolute steal for the price. ROBINSON: I think it’s somewhere in between. It’s going to be a bit of both. I think there is clearly value for somebody in continuing to make our XL versions of the Enterprises and Voy ager available. The best thing we ever did is that Original Series XL Enterprise; it is still my favorite model from all of them.

The Enterprise D is awaiting finalization of inventories and is in Notify Me status, expected to start taking subscriptions by Jan 31st. We got noticed by the moderators, who had trouble even viewing what was now well over 25,000 posts. They decided to relaunch us as a version 2 of ourselves, and keep an eye on us. a close eye. Posts started to be removed for being off topic, and we got bullied out of our little home. Paramount, for example, can’t talk about things at all yet, because they still have a contract with Eaglemoss, even though the company is effectively on a life support machine with no hope of recovery, I’m afraid. There are limits to what people can do until all of that is resolved — but there are still lots of reasons to be optimistic about each of the individual projects. Eaglemoss made a production error for the Ecto-1 in issue 92 (door) and promised to resupply the correct part in stage 102, will you be honouring that promise?” Cushion”style 44mm polished finish. 46.6mm including crown, 52.6mm lug to lug, 11.7mm deep. 37.5mm interior aperture.Rolex Submariners are possibly the most copied and certainly one of the most faked watches in the world, dozens of companies make similar watches, at a whole range of prices and quality of finish, in both quartz and mechanical versions. Ben Robinson ( @BenCSRobinson), former Director at Eaglemoss, dropped a vague tweet today hinting at October being a ‘good month’ for Eaglemoss products: Ben was kind enough to beam aboard our WeeklyTrek podcast for a special, lengthy discussion about his experience over the last few weeks, his thoughts on the end of Eaglemoss as an operating company, and his hope for the future of the many Star Trek products that Eaglemoss produced — and to make sure fans know the fight isn’t over just yet. These links are specifically for ex-Eaglemoss customers to get early access to the parts needed to finish our models. Todd, thank you very much for all the effort and dedication you put into keeping the community informed and for your excellent modifications.

TREKCORE: In addition to the starship models, there has also been lot of new print releases over the last few years through the Hero Collector brand, from the Star Trek Shipyards books to the Celebration retrospectives — what is your sense of the future of those books, and those which were already in the works? NB: It’s my opinion that the hour hand is over long on this face, and perhaps the hour scale too small, ideally the hand wouldn’t reach past the scale. I am no longer an Eaglemoss employee! so I am finally free to talk about what’s going on. This has literally just happened so I want to say two things. The first is that I am so sorry that Eaglemoss’s communication has been non-existent. It’s terrible and I can only apologise.NOTE: There may be an issue seeing the pop-out menu when using a device with a small screen width (such as a mobile phone or tablet in portrait orientation). I recommend using a desktop or laptop computer with a large screen. This errant behavior is being investigated by their IT team. The chat part of the thread and the lovely bunch of people can be found here, http://www.intlwatchleague.com/showt...-the-afterlife For people who like watches that have a vintage look but who can’t afford the vintage inspired modern military and dive watches made by high-end boutique companies, Eaglemoss is ideal. Again, I’m not completely privy to everything and I haven’t seen all the numbers and all that, but the general impression that I get from the inside is they tried to grow too fast and that it’s toppled over. That’s not just related to the Star Trek stuff, or the science fiction ship stuff, it’s the whole business — they were very keen to make it grow very aggressively. All this unfortunately took some time, and we do apologize to have been keeping you waiting so long.

ROBINSON: That’s a good question. I’m not privy to everything that’s happened, but essentially, the owners of Eaglemoss pursued a strategy of very aggressive expansion and aggressive growth — with the intention of making the company as attractive to a potential buyer as possible. The way it feels to me is that they over-egged it.This is an Asian made homage to another Omega watch, the Planet Ocean, it has similar Baguette hour markers and the distinctive Omega style curved case. British SBS Commando 70's, French Naval Diver 70's, US Infantry 70's, Australian Army 70's, German Naval Commander 60's I broke the glass while tinkering with my first SBS, and decided to use a domed acrylic to replace the glass, I also had a 20mm stainless steel bracelet and this is the result.
