Might put some foam lining on the inside of it to afford some more protection. While driving it on the street and in the park, the rear wheels spin a lot. Which results in a difficult to control car spinning around as soon as you hit the throttle. Of course it is possible to slowly put on the power, but that's not the way it should be. Running on grass is not possible at all. That's all for now. One of the screws is a 15mm where the other 3 are 12mm. I don't know why this is the case but I think it is a detail that is easily missed. Admittedly no. I was under the impression that the Dt01 chassis was closer in design to the 02/03 since the 02/03 are very similar. The construction and design of the car is simple and very strong. The car is designed with a gathering of parts from other cars. Of course one could ditch the Blitzer wheels and go for Street Rover ones instead, which might look rather good, or ditch the Street Rover tyres and go for Blitzer ones instead, which would also look rather good. However the larger Blitzer tyres might not suit the limited gearing options of the DT-02 gearbox. ESC: This is the connection between the radio system and the motor. You have several choices. The standard Tamiya unit is currently unavailable due to the chip shortage, so Tamiya are offering a choice of a Tamiya Hobbywing or Carson Dragster (Tamiya Germany) units. Where a model number is shown (e.g. 20 or 15) that is the motor capacity of the unit - the lower the number, the more powerful a motor you can install later. All work with the motor in the kit. Ive really been struggling with a price as it's got more than it's original value in upgrades, spares etc.Despite it being a Bitsa, I rather like it, and hope to add it to my fleet one day. However one thing worries me a bit about it - the wheel/tyre combo consists of tyres that are the same front and rear, on wheels that are wider at the rear than at the front. As you can see in the photo, the rear wheels are wider than the tyres, and the resultant angled sidewalls look a bit odd to my eye. The DT-03T is based upon the DT-03, and inherits its hassle-free assembly, durability and effortless drive.
