The first and foremost thing to consider while purchasing a bread maker is, obviously, its size. Starting from very compact-sized to large family-sized, you can find a number of bread makers in the market. You can choose according to your family size or even the kitchen size. Cuisinart 2-Pound Convection Bread Maker: This machine also struggled to thoroughly incorporate all of the dry ingredients. Vegan Bread Recipe (Oven Baked) – This tasty vegan bread is made with Italian herbs & olive oil. This vegan bread recipe uses a bread machine to make the dough. The bread is finished in your oven. Another aspect to consider is crust color. Many bread makers let you choose from different shades of “doneness” on the crust. If you want more control over your bake, or simply like a variety of crustiness levels, a more feature-rich model will give you those options.Multigrain Bread (Oven Baked) – This is the “oven version” of our popular bread machine multigrain recipe. Same great taste but no bread machine mixing paddle “hole” in the loaf. This multigrain bread recipe uses a bread machine to make the dough. The bread is finished in your oven. Buttermilk Bread– You will love this bread machine buttermilk bread recipe. It creates a great tasting & very soft white bread. This recipe uses a bread machine to make the dough & bake the bread. No oven involved. Eggs are added to some bread maker recipes because they help to the bread to rise. They help to create a softer and fluffier bread because eggs act as a leavening agent. However, eggs can cause a bread to rise too much if you add it to a bread recipe where eggs are not called for.

Next, consider features. Many of the bread makers I’ve recommended come with preprogrammed settings to bake specific kinds of bread and, in some cases, other foods, too. If you’re excited to recreate the crusty French bread you had on a trip to Paris, you may find that a machine with a “French” setting will get you a bit closer to the City of Love without leaving your kitchen. Neretva Bread Machine: This machine produced dense white bread and had issues incorporating ingredients.White Bread (Bread Machine)– Extra Soft– This bread machine recipe creates an extra soft white bread because it uses Greek yogurt to tenderize the gluten in the bread. This recipe is different than the buttery white bread recipe listed above. This is a fantastic bread machine with far more settings than my old machine, and does a better job of preparing my dough. Dairy Free Bread– This easy bread recipe is made without butter or milk. The recipe also has instructions on how to bake it in your oven or bread machine. Perhaps you’re like me and you’re easily hypnotized by seeing pretty colors and a few key words like “bread machine” and “sourdough”. Maybe you’re at work in the middle of a meeting and your wife sends you a link during Prime Day and you say “Hell, yeah! That looks fun!” Then this is a bread machine you might buy.
