This helps the faecal matter to move through the colon to the rectum and emptying of the bowel. Each of the Dulcoease Capsules have a dual action effect whereby stools are softened and the bowel is stimulated to help promote bowel movement. They can be taken for temporary or chronic constipation. Whatever the cause, constipation can be uncomfortable. It may make you feel bloated and heavy or generally ‘off colour’. Sometimes it causes headaches.
