Chuuya is my favorite character and seeing him go from "So I am human, after all. I feel stupid letting something like this bother me in the first place…" to "Whose heartbeat is it, then? Mine? That's absurd. I'm not even human. Something as sophisticated as a heart wouldn't suit me." broke me. I got goosebumps just reading the beginning when it's mentioned he doesn't dream.

Minutes - takes place after the 10th volume of the manga and follows the members of ADA pursuing a new case, which brings them to an island called “ Standard Island “. The light novel hasn’t been adapted into the anime. JOKES ASIDE, PLEASE WATCH BUNGOU STRAY DOGS IF YOU SEE THIS. I HAVE ZERO WORDS TO DESCRIBE WHAT THAT ANIME MEANS TO ME, OR WHAT THESE CHARACTERS HAVE DONE TO ME, BUT IT'S JUST... TOO MUCH. IN A GOOD WAY. EVERYONE DESERVES FEELING THAT “TOO MUCH.” Since A-P does not list these titles separately, this review will have to combine my thoughts on the titles I have read.Fukuzawa treats Ranpo to red bean porridge, where the boy talks about his bewilderment towards adults, his expulsions at school and work, and his genius parents. Figuring that Ranpo is quite special, Fukuzawa allows the boy to come with him amidst his initial reluctance. They soon arrive at a theater, where Fukuzawa is hired to apprehend a criminal after receiving a death threat signed by an ambiguous "V". They are met by the manager, Egawa, who shows Fukuzawa the note regarding the murder, which Ranpo thinks will happen. Just once, I want you to imagine just how much it could affect a person if you told them they weren't human." It will come to the moment you think things are going well. The beast known as failure is always drawn to the stench of success, where it finds and devours its unfortunate prey." Osamu Dazai and the dark era - takes place four years before the start of the series and focuses on Dazai’s past with the Port Mafia, as well as his reason for leaving the organisation. It has been adapted into the anime. Esas son las únicas pegas que le encuentro a la historia, que me ha regalado frases muy épicas y preciosas y que en ciertas partes consideraba mejor que la original.

Book Four:Gaiden: Ayatsuji Yukito VS. Kyōgoku Natsuhiko (Japanese, not yet translated) It also has a manga adaption in English,Bungo Stray Dogs: Another Story. SERIOUSLY, Beast AU is basically just Asagiri's biggest crime. A big ass emotional damager. I thought I have wanted to punch him enough for killing Akutagawa. But He may be able to manipulate gravity, but my legs are far longer than his. He couldn't possibly outrun me."Fans of the film Dead Apple might recognize Mizuki from her cameo appearance. Although, anime-only fans likely were scratching their heads, wondering if they were supposed to know who she was. Otherwise, the characters from this story have not appeared yet, but the story sounds interesting, so hopefully, it will get an adaptation. Dead Apple’s canonicity has been debated many times by fans, as it has not been written by Kafka Asagiri. Be as it may, watching the movie should be enough if you’re not interested in reading the novel. The plot can be confusing at times and u/zuavia made a great guide explaining the plot of Dead Apple, which I recommend reading. Gaiden: another story - is a spinoff of the Bungo Stray Dogs series. It has not been adapted into the anime. Next, what I really like in this story is that the characters stay true to their own self. I mean... their characters are the same with the original story. For example, Atsushi doesn't suddenly overcome his fear towards the orphanage's director. He's still the same Atsushi, the one who is haunted by the past or the incident that happened at the orphanage. And then, Akutagawa. He's still that hot-headed teenage boy, who often do something without plans and rely only on himself. (no hate, okay! I love all characters so much!) and there's Dazai. YES, he's still that goofy (even though not that much), he's still that man who plans as if he can see the future. You won't feel weird out or uneasy with the story, instead you'll get to know more on what happened with Atsushi and Akutagawa when they were younger (before they joined any agency). Season 3's prologue adapted Asagiri's seventh novel, Dazai, Chuuya, Age Fifteen, which chronicles Dazai’s budding partnership with Chuuya, who is initially quite antagonistic toward the Port Mafia. It follows the two of them solving a mystery that ends up revealing the origin of Chuuya’s incredible powers, culminating in his joining the mafia.

It's been roughly one year since Chūya Nakahara joined the Port Mafia, and he's got his sights set on an executive position. But as he makes plans to move up, a man by the name of Paul Verlaine—claiming to be his older brother—appears and vows to assassinate everyone he cares about! Now, Chūya must team up with Adam, a European A.I. investigator, to stop this lunatic before the storm swallows Yokohama once again… [2] Summary [ ] Prologue
