Negan has captured Holly and believes that she is Andrea. Holly tells Negan that she isn't Andrea, mentioning her relationship with Abraham, but, Negan doesn't believe her. Eddy, Anthony, Jasmin, and Ronnie are exclusive walkers added to the game based on real life people. Players alternate moving their figures using the bundled range ruler, choosing to sneak or run. As you might expect, running causes noise, which attracts unoccupied walkers within a set distance. This Walking Dead miniatures game represents larger scale conflicts than All Out War. The lone travellers struggling to survive in what’s left of the world have now formed communities, built walls, and gathered arms. However, the harsh conditions outside their walls have led these groups to fear the outside world. They see other groups as a threat to their very existence – no longer are the dead the only ones to fear… How to Play The Walking Dead Call To Arms?

The expansion uses your collection of The Walking Dead: All Out War miniatures to simulate a Player vs Player battle using a new AI system to command the opposing Survivor group.

Q: What sort of range is there between points costs? How much is the cheapest type of gang member and how much is the more expensive, and what does the difference get you, just better stats, or more equipment slots/extra rules etc. The second action of a character’s turn can be used to rummage for supplies or fire a gun, if they have one. This plays off the element of noise, causing a more widespread ‘mayhem’ effect, which draws every zombie on the board towards their position and ups the overall threat level. With guns proving more deadly against the living and dead alike, it makes firing a shot a risky move that can happen in times of desperation or confidence only, rather than every turn. This is intensified by the role of ammo – after firing a shot, the player roll a die to see if the gun is out of ammo. If it is, they’ll need to scavenge for more before they reload. Today we’ve got a fascinating blog from guest contributor Daniel Meadows. Daniel is one of the members of The Walking Dead RC and is currently busy working on all the cool stuff we’ve got coming up for TWD. Anyway, in this blog he gives you a guide for creating custom scenarios in All Out War. Over to you Daniel… A: The core game will have a single scenario – a multi-purpose player vs player setup. We will follow that up with the narrative expansions, which will have as many scenarios as are required to tell the story from the comics. Atlanta currently has 6, and we’re planning roughly the same number again to tell the next part of the story, from leaving Atlanta, to the farm, to reaching the prison. There will be more as we go through the story.

Custom expansions are created by myself and "Mantic's The Walking Dead - Finishing the Story" Facebook Group. In 2019, Mantic Games released a series of miniatures for a new version of All Out War titled Call to Arms. A: There will be multiple copies of equipment cards. Anything that is needed frequently (ammo reloads, bandages, basic weapons, gory clothing…) you will get a few copies of, but only one of the rarer stuff. We’re going to give our Survivor Unstable (at the start of his turn we roll a blue dice to see how many actions he gets) and Distract (when performing a Noise action, this model may choose any point within six-inches from which to create the Noise). These cost a total of seven points, which puts our final tally on 42 points. Now, we just note all that on the card and write the final points tally.
