If your favorite flavor combination is peanut butter and banana then these Peanut Butter Banana Bars are the perfect dessert for you. You can use semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, dark chocolate chips, etc.

To freeze the dough, roll into dough balls then flash freeze on a baking sheet. Transfer the frozen dough balls into an airtight container or freezer-safe bag and freeze for up to 2 months. Remove and bake from frozen. You may need to add extra minutes to the baking time. NOTE: For best results, I highly recommend using the gram measurements (with a digital scale), rather than the cup measurements. They are a little bit peanut buttery even though I didn’t add peanut butter to the actual cookie dough.
