Hello and thanks for your 5* love for Windy! The suggestion to implement weather fronts was already on the table, but it's out of the question for now due to its immense complexity. Improved detail from high resolution models such as UKV leads to greater accuracy in our forecasts as geographical features such as hills, mountains and coastlines are better understood by the model. Features such as this can affect the weather so having a model that understands these intricacies is crucial to improved forecast accuracy. One thing that I miss from my old weather provider in the chance of rain percentage, but this has so many other useful features / weather info it blows other weather apps away 😉 This app is awesome. Being able to very easily switch between different weather info providers is so useful. And being able to compare them all at the same time give you a much more reliable forecast. It’s free and it’s also Ad free too!
