Its mouth-watering aromas of fresh berries and tropical fruits are balanced with an elegant freshness and roundness that make this cuvée truly special. The brothers Berish founded Sovereign in 1999 and launched their award-winning Luc Belaire line of Sparkling wines in 2012.
