The Auctioneer may, without giving any reason thereof, refuse to accept the bidding of any person/persons. At 50 metres in length and sporting a lightweight, aluminium, fast-displacement hull, the vessel, previously called Project Altea, is the second addition to Heesen’s sub-500GT Nova Plus class, and is also a close relation of “Home” and “ Electra“. When describing lots, finishes are sometimes referred to in the description. These are for guidance only and may not be accurate, e.g. an item may be described as `light oak` when in reality it is in fact `beech`. When mentioning wood finishes, apart from the possibility that the type of wood is incorrectly described, it may also be the case that the item is not solid wood but is veneered, or even that it is not wood at all. Bidders are recommended to examine all lots prior to bidding, to make their own assessments as to the construction and nature of materials and to bid accordingly. Formerly known as Project Altea, Dutch shipyard Heesen Yachts has delivered YN 19550 MY ELA to her new owners in Gibraltar. Simon Wittenberg sees what’s in store for the superyacht. Inclusion in the Register of Mediators is also optional and you can choose whether your entry is viewable only by other members or is accessible to the public.
