Yesterday I took KUMFI CALMER with me and the magic happen straight away! He walked by my side without pulling or wanting to pull. It was an amazing experience! My friend was the witness, she came with me, we tried it on another dog as well and again the same happened. We’re not taking him on walks as of a couple of days ago, as it is just too hard watching him like that and it's getting worse so rapidly, we're worried he's making himself ill with this. I have started 3 weeks ago going for 8 mile walks twice a week for exercise. Every time I take my dog Bruno with me. He is a very powerful dog and although he is most of the time without a lead on some areas the lead has to be used as we walk near the main road. IMPORTANT. The dog should be introduced to the DOGALTER slowly with it fitted loose. Some dogs at first object but after a few hours of training it should be readily accepted. It should be left on the dog in the owner’s presence for short periods until the dog is accustomed to it. If the dog tries to remove it, the dogs’ attention should be diverted. Modest praise or tit bits can be used to take the dogs attention away from the DOGALTER. He has finally begun being interested in treats when out, so we have incorporated this into training on walks, as for the first two months he wasn’t interested in any treats when out at all. Even if he really liked the same ones when at home. But his behaviour is just getting worse and worse which is leading to less times where he can have a treat. I’ve followed a guide where it’s said at one point to treat your dog for doing less of the bad behaviour, but it’s made no difference. He’s throwing himself around that much when out walking that we wonder if when he’s ended up with a bad stomach, it’s because of that. He know walks well on his kumfi calmer and is a joy to walk. He loves to run and play in the compound but is also a bit of a lazy bones and we often find him snuggled up in the middle of his duvet every morning.Thank you so much for sending me your Kumfi Calmer.
