An interesting story with cool characters but it has so many flaws that I can’t be bothered to read anymore of this series.

Series creator Robert Kirkman was also set to produce the film, along with Rogen, Goldberg, David Alpert, Bryan Furst, and Sean Furst. Changed from the time he spent in the Flaxan dimension, he becomes an antagonist to Invincible and other heroes who oppose him. Despite all the hype , I was kind of disappointed to see pretty much a cliched story , with a sort of slow pace with over powered hero and pretty lame conclusion to the mystery .As a comic, Invincible struck me as one of a kind; I, personally, haven't before read a comic quite this. Objectively speaking, it's fairly well done for a origin story so brief, but much of my disproportionate enjoyment can probably be attributed to the fact that it was a welcome change of pace following the previous issue. At first shown to barely coexist in the same universe, the characters have since been integrated into Invincible's book. As Dinosaurus, he is highly intelligent and develops various plans to improve the world, but they are usually destructive and result in many lives being lost. Principal Winslow commends Mark for sticking up to a bully, but warns him that he isn't "invincible" or anything.

Invincible: The Ultimate Collection, Volume 1 is a can't-miss for anyone who's wanted to start reading Invincible, but needed an easier way to start from the beginning. The Elephant: A small-time elephant-themed supervillain that has been described in-story as a "lame Rhino rip-off". When we're not jumping from bland action sequence to yet another bland action sequence, Kirkman's weak sense of humor does nothing to offer reprieve from the emptiness. In 2007, Brit was launched as an ongoing full-color series written by Bruce Brown, with artwork by Cliff Rathburn.

From visionary creators Robert Kirkman (The Walking Dead), Cory Walker (Science Dog), and Ryan Ottley (Amazing Spider-Man). I'm interested to see how season 2 handles the later stuff, though, as things get much much better in the comic. Revealed to rule the world as a tyrant in the far alternate future, where he is finally killed by Invincible at his own behest. Everything in this book has been done before by Marvel and DC several thousand times already - Robert Kirkman doesn’t add any nuance to it, he just repeats the commercially successful formula but with a character who’s not a brand name (and is instead a bland name).
