Description

Delivered with enough padding and packaging to ensure not even the slightest scratch would be made on the bottle before it arrived. Five stars, all in all an excellent item either for yourself, or as a gift, that does not disappoint in the slightest.

Presented in a sturdy, metal divers cage to protect you hearty adventurers from the terrifying Beast. We reckon the boxes may have been lost at sea, only to be found, after numerous attempts by various aquatic life forms, to get inside the box!The palate is full of rich sticky molasses, with big hits of cinnamon, syrup, and a toasted oakiness. Beyond the Black Spiced Rum, several other limited editions are available, such as the Kraken 40% Ceramic Rum. This is the yearly release where Kraken creates a limited edition bottling of its fantastic and well-loved Caribbean spiced rum, and this might be its most striking and creative edition yet. Relics of vessels and their cargo, believed to have been hijacked by the Kraken, nestle amongst the oceanic trenches, shrouded by thick smoke from the seabed’s fiery vents. Can’t help but feel a little underwhelmed by this “limited” edition kraken, compared with the previous years this really doesn’t hit the mark, they were always a Wade ceramic and now yes they are dark glass but other than that nothing jumps out from the normal clear glass, I’ll keep it for the collection but half of me says send it right back for a refund as definitely not worth the money.

What first catches the eye is the deep and dark color of its appearance, with red highlights that lend it a mysterious aspect. In an attempt to ward off a Kraken attack, those who occupy the shores of the High Seas have persisted with ancient and unavailing methods of hindering . The bottle and tin also look like they've had a few encounters with deep sea monsters too, judging by the scratch marks they have on them. Maybe the corona virus has played a part in Wade not producing a bottle this year so I will wait for next years effort and hopefully it will a lot better than this 👎.The rum is aged in oak for around twelve months, and journeys from Trinidad to Indiana over the course of production. While the exact recipe can vary from one brand to another, they commonly include cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg, and vanilla. There are many stories of this giant squid attacking cargo ships, but none of them have been confirmed. It pairs exceptionally well with cola, ginger beer, or fruit juices, creating refreshing and satisfying beverages.

One thing's for certain, remember that the secret of Kraken Rum's production is closely guarded, adding to the intrigue that surrounds this captivating beverage. In a futile attempt to ward off an imminent Kraken attack, those who occupy the shores of the Seven Seas and beyond have persisted with ancient and unavailing methods of hindering The Beast. Thus, rum was named Kraken as a reminder of the undeniable power and might of the mythical sea monster. The Kraken is a blend of imported Caribbean rums, which is refined with spices, caramel and natural flavors. Kraken Rum takes its name from Scandinavian mythology, representing a giant octopus whose tentacles are powerful and destructive to the ships that cross its path.
