inch drives, eight cable ties, two additional SSD trays, and a full manual that states that there are actually 18 cable ties. Discover the epitome of RGB brilliance with the NZXT H7 Flow RGB, a stunning mid-tower case designed to elevate your PC build to new heights.

At TechNextDay, we’re not only a seller of PC components, but also a partner in your passion for computing. While the H510 Flow is a decent case, there was plenty of room for improvement–and no room for proper radiator support at the top. PayPal Pay in 3 is a trading name of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH. The three pre-installed F140 RGB Core fans effortlessly connect to a standard 5V ARGB header, providing you with built-in RGB lighting that adds a touch of elegance to your PC build. In addition to the three pre-installed fans on the front, another 120 mm fan without lighting is installed on the back. We rather like the minimalist approach to internal lighting of our finished test build, though users who prefer more flash are welcomed to pack the H7 Flow with LED fans on the top, front, and back.

A gap at the front of the power supply is big enough to hold a 60mm radiator with fans mounted on the opposite side. The only case that goes toe-to-toe with the H7 Flow on our chart is the Hyte Y60, but two of its three included fans are in the basement, and it has a whole lot more glass going on to keep the noise down. There, we find the usual assortment of seven expansion slots, a dual-pattern full ATX power-supply mount, and a 120mm exhaust fan in an opening that also supports 140mm fans. If you want to use a large mainboard to get the most out of your system, then the NZXT H7 Flow RGB is the right case for you.To give some perspective, I was able to fit our triple-fan Gigabyte RTX 3070 Ti Gaming OC graphics card and Noctua U12S air cooler without any issues. However, with the bigger H7 Flow, there’s a ton of radiator space at the top, which we’ll elaborate on later. According to NZXT, the cable channels have been widened a bit, which helped because there isn’t a ton of space behind the motherboard. The HAF 500 fed our GPU the coolest air, followed by the H7 Flow without the top exhaust filter fitted in place, and then the H7 Flow with top exhaust filter. Great case, with good airflow and plenty of room for any type of cooling and hardware setup pretty much. The extra SSD trays snap onto the round holes of the power-supply shroud…or pretty much any other vent holes you can think of. For a straightforward, clean, and modern-looking PC buildout that performs as well as it looks, the H7 Flow is just that simple, earning an Editors' Choice award among ATX mainstream chassis.Plus, for a tidy build – the intuitive cable management system comes with widened cable channels, built-in hooks, and Velcro straps to streamline the building process. It’s relatively affordable, impressed during testing, and importantly in my eyes, it takes a different approach to airflow with a perforated metal front and top, rather than boring (and potentially restricting) fine mesh. You can also install a 120mm or 140mm radiator on the back if you want to use a small AiO water cooling system to cool your CPU, for example. Cable management space could be better though, and also I already have a slight feeling that I eventually will grow tired of it's (big) size, coming from an O11D and several ITX builds before this one. So first, a look at our standard testing-component loadout for benchmarking ATX cases like this one. The H7 Flow RGB features wide cable channels with hooks, bridges, and straps, simplifying cable management. Given the difficulty we’ve had fiddling with individual leads, we’d like to thank NZXT for getting with the times with that one-piece connector. Here we have an ATX mid-tower with a bit of Extended ATX (EATX) capability, and no obstructions evident in our test build. Featuring a perforated front and top panel, alongside widened channels, hooks, straps, and toolless entry, this sleek case will keep any build cool and comfortable while offering plenty of space. So it’s always nice to open and dig into a PC case in which every component fits without lining up flaming hoops for you to jump through. The bar in the case to hide cables can be annoying as it gets in the way but once you get around it, it isnt much of an issue and adds to the aesthetic. Letting the GPU run at 75% fan speed enables it to maintain its power target while sticking to one set reasonable fan speed, so that the temperature is the only variable.
