Every day I said ‘wow you’re getting closer’ and ‘I love how you always give it a go before asking me’ and one day he did it and his elation was just wonderful to see! I first started my blog back in Spring of 2018, after using my TA skills to start teaching Ewan (who was three at the time) the letters in his name. I see this book as the bridge between what goes on at school, and what goes on a home with your child’s learning, and hopefully it makes it seem less daunting for those of us that haven’t stepped foot inside an educational establishment since we walked out of our own school gates!
