I have dyed my hair lots over the last 20 years and over the last 6 months I have gone from dark red, to brown to pillar box red, back to dark red, purple and most recently blue with pink ends. There are actually quite a few hair colour remover products on the market, but I decided to go with Colour B4 Hair Colour Remover Extra Strength. Once you have your gloves on and have protected your clothes (I have an old tee and jeans I use especially for colouring) empty the Activator (bottle A) into the Remover (bottle b) and shake very well.

You will then apply the other half of the buffer lotion from bottle C, lather it up and massage just like you would a shampoo and then rinse again till all traces are gone. My hair is the perfect palette for a red semi colour now and I’m only going to use semi from now on. Although ColourB4 will remove the artificial dye, you will still notice your natural hair colour has lightened. Please do not cut time on what they recommend to wash it out for, if it says 10 minutes, wash it for 11! I think the day of the treatment you can smell it faintly on your hair, but by day 2 and after another shampoo, I didn't smell anything and the people around me didn't notice it either. You really do need to keep moving your hair around during rinsing which is difficult when it is as dry as straw: I resorted to alternating gentle scrunching with finger combing. Or if you have applied a dark brown, red or black shade (you just don’t want) then Colour B4 Extra Strength can help. The instructions are pretty in depth but they really are easy to follow and there’s also a questions part on the back which really helps with many questions people like answers too on this product and how to use it.

and now the only option I have is either to cut my hair down to the blonde roots or to let it grow out and cut off the brown, either way, no thanks Colour B4. Granted I’m not going to sit here and say it will completely give you your natural hair colour back as I’d be lying if I did! My ROOTS are lighter, which is the natural colour of course but that's only about a couple of centimetres worth of dark blonde, the rest is the colour it was before I'd started. gonna do another application of it tomorrow hopefully and try this rinse/dry/rinse method, i'll let you know how it goes! JustseenthatthisgotbumpedattbhIwouldsaythatnearlyanyoneismuchbetteroffgoingtoaproperhairdresserandlettingthemsortitout. And thanks :) the colour wasn’t awful I’d just never seen my hair that light before so it was a bit of a shock! I continually go back to this product after years of using bleach to remove colour and have to say I think its amazing! I generally dye my hair once a month (Using L'Oreal Casting Creme Gloss), but I've now built the colour up so much that it has caused a build up of uneven colour just below my roots. The instructions do say not to colour your hair for 2 weeks after using it,this is because re-dying your hair too soon will makeit oxidise, and you'll end up back dark again. Activator: AQUA (WATER, EAU), DISODIUM HYDROXYSULFOACETATE, DISODIUM HYDROXYSULFINOACETATE, HYDROXYETHYLCELLULOSE, PHENOXYETHANOL, SODIUM SULFITE, CHLORPHENESIN.
