Once the desired result is achieved, extract all soils with clean water using a wet and dry vacuum or mop and bucket, and use cloths to remove any leftover residue.

I usually wipe the tiles clean with a damp sponge over and over again, than I polish and dry the tile with cheese cloth.The thing that drives me nuts though, is that grout haze that you have to clean away at the end of a project.
