Just a sidebar - I originally bought the Ninja Foodi Mini, but I'd really recommend going for the 6l - 9 function version (or bigger) as it is not much bigger kitchen surface wise, but slightly taller, which means the heat isn't so intense / compact and gives a better cook. Many new kitchen gadget users have thanked me over the years for teaching them incredibly easy air fryer, slow cooker, and instant pot recipes.I wish this book had been available when I bought my Ninja, it would have answered a lot of my questions - I think Ninja should provide this book along with the product! Having said that the recipes look quite promising, one was fairly successful, but not the ultimate ninja foodi book for UK residents.
