I have not tested it, but you should be able to use fresh raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries for these vegan pop tarts as well. After that, arrange 4 dough rectangles on each baking sheet, then add 2 – 4 Tbsp of blueberry filling on the bottom side of each half.
