Lo que no me agrada del todo son los rayones y comentarios escritos por las brujas protagonistas de la película HocuPocus (que de por si me caen mal) y la verdad el tener que leer sus diálogos absurdos y sin sentido (completamente innecesarios) me causan un poco de molestia y a mi punto de vista vuelven un poco lento el ritmo de lectura.

While the book’s connection to the Devil is unquestionable, It must be stressed that the hysteria of witch hunts at the time of Sanderson sisters' execution may very well affected those who documented their cases to the point of misunderstanding them thus unwisely exaggerated and/or romanticizing certain details rather than based said records through facts as well as writing them through neutral perspective as with real-life witch hunt cases. Even in the film proper, this was touched upon by Gilbert himself who accurately thought Sanderson sisters being misunderstood and that his dismay upon learning records pertaining them being marred by lies added by misogynistic folks who held a vendetta against them, Reverend Traske in particular. The book is protected by magic and cannot be burned nor destroyed. It is an unholy record of sorcery and nothing good can come from it. Keep collections to yourself or inspire other shoppers! Keep in mind that anyone can view public collections - they may also appear in recommendations and other places. While it was a very cute read there were a few things that made me have this a 4 star rather than a 5 star. This song was sung by Sarah Sanderson to charm the Salem kids into visiting the Sanderson Sisters' cabin in the woods.

If it wasn't for the Disney logo I would think it was to do with an off brand, fan made, unofficial book to do with the franchise. (That being said a fan made version would of been better)The Spellbook shares a similar trait with the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis (also known as the Naturom Demonto and the Book of the Dead) from the Evil Dead film franchise for both ungodly magic tomes are bound in human flesh. Me gusta el formato en el que trabajaron la estética del libro, las hojas tienen un acabado viejo y desgastado, las ilustraciones y tipografía son dignas de un auténtico libro de las sombras al estilo de las hechiceras (serie que amo con todo el corazón) con la única diferencia que en este libro se ven másmaleficios y conjuros malignos así como menjurjes diseñados para perjudicar al prójimo (y como no si las protagonistas solo desean robarle la vitalidad a los niños para hacerse másjóvenes, típico cliche, lo sé)
