Before you start using your sustainable razor, it is recommended to prepare your skin first. Note: This razor gives a slightly more aggressive (and closer) shave and the handle can be slippery if not held properly. Also, if you’re a beginner, make sure you don’t apply too much pressure, as it’s lightweight. When we tried it, we didn’t get any cuts, but some customers raised the topic. However, with a bit of care, it should give you a clean, smooth shave! We feel like many people still leave their reusable razors at home and prefer disposable razors while travelling. Our top choice for beginners is definitely the Merkur 34C heavy duty classic double edge safety razor. It’s a little expensive but it’s not going to drain your wallet.
