Give half a capsule per day for dogs and cats weighing under 10kg, 1 capsule per day for dogs weighing between 10 and 20kg, and 2 capsules daily for dogs weighing over 20kg.

The number of capsules can be increased or decreased as needed to maintain normal cobalamin (vitamin B12) levels. Your veterinary surgeon will be able to advise further on this.Chloramphenicol should be used with caution when given with cyanocobalamin because it may decrease response to the drug.
