About this deal

A re-release of the figure in the Fall of 2011 had the chrome-orange headlights replaced with plated gold. Fire Rodimus was among the many alternate universe incarnations glimpsed by Primax 512.5 Gamma's Hot Rod Destiny, Part Three and was also summoned to Primax 512.5 Gamma to fight the Dark Matrix creature. The War to End All Wars, Part 5

By the far-off year of 2006, the Cybertronians will have perfected the art of converting living metal to cardboard. Released as part of Walmart's Autobots Unite subline, The Last Knight Legion Class Hot Rod transforms from a robot into a fictionalized Lamborghini Centenario with an added spoiler. The panning shot he appears in during "Decepticon Air" actually contains two of him, but as there are also multiple Ironhides, Brawns, and Beachcombers in that scene, it can be fairly assumed that at least one of them is "real". A lot of early secondary material uses Hot Rod and Rodimus in ways that don't fit the main movie-established dynamic. As with stories from the same era that portrayed Megatron and Galvatron as separate beings, this was likely to avoid spoiling the movie's ending.Additionally, Rodimus is the only character in Animated to share a voice actor with his G1 counterpart in both the English and Japanese dubs. Someone in the studios must love him! The Decepticons having stolen the Matrix of Creation, Hot Rod was called up by Ultra Magnus to help retrieve it. The Autobots used an army of decoys to distract the Decepticons, while Hot Rod, Blurr, Kup and Ultra Magnus infiltrated their base. Hot Rod told Blurr of all people to hurry up and blast the Matrix out of same sort of crystal structure. The Autobots then made their getaway with the Matrix in hand. Start Your Own Decoy Collection If the Autobots paused a moment to listen to Sarah, she informed them of her spacecraft and its invisibility capabilities.

When Bumblebee clashed with Soundwave, he put together a plan to take care of the Decepticon once and for all. A plan that somehow involved Hot Rod, who was present in the area. Bumblebee / Soundwave with Rodimus Perhaps some of the old Rodimus is still in there, but if you want to come looking for it, you better start by telling Ratchet how to dispose of your remains. Rodimus Unicronus bio One of the first concepts for Classics Rodimus was based around the Pagani Zonda super car, before the Dome Zero design was decided upon. Having won the last battle his species would ever fight, Rodimus ripped his blasters from his arms and took in the sunset with Shib, where he thanked her for being the best boss he'd ever had. Over the next few months, Rodimus worked with the citizens of Fembrance and taught them how to more efficiently harness their planet's energon supplies, allowing them to reap the benefits of faster steam cars and an electrical grid. In the meantime, Rodimus turned his attention to salvaging whatever remained of Steeljaw's ship and the stasis chambers inside. After taking custody of Steeljaw's remaining followers and imprisoning them inside, Rodimus launched his starship into orbit around Donnokt—just in case any other Cybertronians came calling—and eventually returned to stasis. Last Bot Standing #4Universes continue to collide with Transformers: Legacy! This epic line of Transformers toys brings together fan-favorite characters from across the Transformers multiverse If Hot Rod attempted to shoot the device out of Soundwave’s hands, Soundwave tripped at the last moment over the fallen body of a Decepticon. Hot Rod’s blast his Soundwave’s shoulder, causing him to fling the Brain Drain device up in the air. Laserbeak then managed to snatch the device in mid-air, and flew off to rendezvous with Galvatron. Unable to follow, the Autobots realized that the concert-goers were doomed to all become incredibly stupid very soon. If Jazz attempted to stop him however, he was successful in doing so and the Autobots successfully destroyed the Brain Drain device. Dubbed "Hot Rod Blue Clear Version", this redeco of the oft-used Classics Rodimus mold is cast in transparent blue plastics, emulating the scene in The Transformers: The Movie where Hot Rod catches the Matrix of Leadership to keep it from hitting the floor after a dying Optimus Prime dropped it. Of interest is the fact that all the plastic parts are translucent, even the usually "softer"/unpaintable/never-clear nylon parts—a trend not seen on any other "clear" toys produced before. Accessories: trailer/evolution armor, evolution armor arms, rifle (formed by two blasters), Matrix of Leadership frame, Matrix of Leadership core Titanium Cybertron Heroes Rodimus Prime is a mostly die-cast metal transforming toy based loosely upon the original Generation 1 Rodimus Prime toy. He features much greater articulation and bulkier body proportions. Unfortunately, his transformation results in an incredibly awkward posture, forcing his upper body far ahead of his lower half. His die-cast construction also results in a great deal of paint-chipping, even when delicately handled.

Rodimus comes with a PVC figurine of the Rodimus's "Kiss Player" partner Shaoshao Li and a bamboo dumpling steamer; Shaoshao can just barely fit into his car interior, though she's clearly not "driving". The set also includes a CD with episodes 11 through 20 of the Kiss Players radio drama and the exclusive 10-minute audio adventure, " Tonight's Big Catch!?".STUDIO SERIES VOYAGER CLASS: Voyager Class figures are 6.5-inch collectible action figures inspired by iconic movie scenes and designed with specs and details to reflect the Transformers movie universe, now including The Transformers: The Movie! This Transformers: Legacy 3.5-inch Autobot Hot Rod robot toy is inspired by the animated series, The Transformers, updated with a Generations-style design
