Starehe (voiced by Raini Rodriguez) is a plains zebra who is Raha's sister and part of Dhahabu's herd. The hyenas chase the cubs up and over the skull and the cubs slip away by sliding down the spine. They shoot off the end of the spine and land on a hillside of bones.} Kiara (voiced by Neve Campbell as a young adult and Michelle Horn as a cub in The Lion King II: Simba's Pride; Eden Riegel in The Lion Guard) is the daughter of Simba and Nala, Kion's older sister, Mufasa, Sarabi and Sarafina’s granddaughter, Scar's great-niece, Kovu's mate, Zira's daughter-in-law, and Nuka, Vitani and Rani's sister-in-law. During the song " Hakuna Matata," Timon and Pumbaa have Simba eat bugs, explore his new home, and live without worry. The three walk across a log, which represents time elapse of a few years, during which Simba goes from a cub to a teenager to an adult.

Camera switch to Mufasa and Zazu a short distance from the canyon.} Hafifu (voiced by Phil Lester) is a juvenile eastern lowland gorilla prince and brother of Majinuni who came to the Pride Lands to deliver a message to Simba. In Swahili, his name means ‘poor, weak and silly talk’. His catchphrase is "Kuishi Ni Kucheka", which means "To live is to laugh".
