A rainbow orb around the moon, a double rainbow, or a rainbow appearing when it hasn't even been raining, are extra spectacular signs from your angels bringing encouragement, and validation from the heavens. Guidance from the angels also comes in more subtly, and in many cases when we “ miss” receiving the messages angels are attempting to convey, they will use signs and leave clues and hints which serve to nudge us in the right direction and remind us of their support and presence.

As I said in my review of Angels Walking the added element of angels did not detract from the story but rather enhanced it. At the end of the book Karen Kingsbury opens up and shares about a beautiful encounter with what her family credits to an angel among them. Sami Dawson most of all. Her name made his heart hurt. Sami, girl . . . where are you? What happened to us? He closed his eyes again. He had loved her more than life. But that was a hundred years ago. I had to give this book a higher rating because of the relationship issues. I was hoping for a more clear christian response from some of the christian characters represented in the book. There was kissing before dating even, which I found odd. There was also no accountability for some of the new relationships forming and some sensitive descriptions to intimacy. Because of that, I rated this lower and raised the age restriction.Angels are incredible beings of higher cognition, peace, and wisdom. They are literally the messengers of God, and so an angelic being who is near you or who is watching over you with their awareness focused in your direction has a way of evoking a profound sense of emotional warmth, love, peace, and harmony. When you encounter this angel sign, you feel loved unconditionally, comforted and you feel in that moment at ease, and like all is well. You're able to see and remember good and beauty in the world. Signs or Advertisements Somewhere in heaven, a decision has been made. An Angels Walking team has been assigned to a desperate mission: a broken baseball player, the love he left behind, and the miracle that might save a whole city. When angels walk, most people never know, never see. But they are there. And sometimes the stakes are so high, all of heaven stands ready. What I could have done without was the endless letters to Kingbury's children at the beginning and the notes at the end. I think those are best left to the print book where one can read them or not. I got about 5 people in and finally realised that the whole prologue was nothing but that. So I skipped on to the first chapter. Angels are always near—sending us wise guidance, offering us healing energy, protecting us or fighting our battles, and sometimes simply being present with us through life's ups and downs so we're never alone. As I explain in my book Angel Insights, we know angels are near because we sense their presence, hear their voices in our inner ear or thoughts, dream about them, receive signs and synchronicities from them, see images they place in our mind’s eye, and are gifted with angelic insight into complex situations where there is no logical basis for our understanding. At times people even get proof that angels are near in one of the most powerful ways of all—angels appear before humans in physical form.

Each of the characters in this book are in need of a miracle, and God sends angels to assist with the task. In true Karen Kingsbury style she pens a book that tugs at your heartstrings and takes hold of your soul. I have always enjoyed Karen's books, however this one will remain with me for a long time. I now desire to connect more deeply with your presence and wisdom, so I may be of service at a higher level in my life.I don't know if I have acclimated to the writing style or I was just really determined to enjoy Mary Catherine "I need a heart transplant, but not as much as I need to fulfill my lifelong dream of volunteering at an orphanage in Uganda" Clark and everything about her story, but I was able to brush off most of what annoyed me and enjoy what I came for.

One more strike. Tyler squinted at the catcher’s signals. The dance was as old as the game: catcher signaling the pitch, pitcher waiting for the right signal, the pitch he wanted to throw. The signal came. Tyler gritted his teeth. Tonight was where it would all turn around. He would Google his own name tomorrow and see something different. Tyler Ames: Perfect. Story after story would say the same thing. He’d made it. Finally found his way. He would be perfect and everyone would know. Maybe even Sami.
