About this deal

Power Grab n Bond is a revolutionary product in the field of heavy-duty versatile bonding. Its formulation is based on our new CT1 product using our unique TRIBRID® polymer Technology. The density of Power Grab n Bond is far greater, allowing phenomenal results in initial grab. Coupled with the rapid curing will in most applications reduce labour time by at least 50%. Unique adhesion on virtually any material in most applications without the need for additional fixings. CT1 is the ultimate solution for sealing and bonding. Here are some reasons why CT1 is The Number 1 Sealant & Adhesive in the UK-

CT1 is an industry leading product which can be utilised in a variety of projects. Extremely versatile, it is scientifically proven to hold its colour extremely well, an essential for projects where a seamless finish is required. When cutting the nozzle, make sure to do it at a 45-degree angle. This ensures an easy application as your nozzle will neatly fit into any groove. Another top tip is to create a bevel by shaving off the edges of the plastic surrounding the hole. Then remove any overhanging plastic at the sharpest point of your cut. This way, when you distribute your bead, the plastic won’t interfere with your finish.

Continuous research and development enables us to introduce new, unique, quality products, based on the latest technical development, with the objective of saving the customer time and money. With TRIBRID ® Technology, it is scientifically proven to have excellent colour retention – white stays white and clear stays clear. Discover a fantastic selection of glues & adhesives at B&Q. When undertaking a DIY project, it’s important to understand what glues and adhesives are available out there and which is best to use for your task in hand. After many tests and trials, we have found that the average drying time for CT1 is approximately 25 to 30 minutes. This is incredibly fast as most sealants in the industry tend to take longer to dry, which can be very time-consuming if you’re in a rush. Again, we’d like to emphasise that the initial drying time is how long it takes the skin to cure. Being dry to the touch within 30 minutes is incredible. However, this does not mean that the sealant is fully cured. Some common factors that can influence curing time include things like the weather. Humidity plays a significant role. You may be surprised to learn that faster curing times occur in humid climates. Temperature can also impact curing time. The cooler the temperature, the slower the sealant will cure. This, of course, is generally speaking and you may or may not notice different results upon application. The good news is that because CT1 can be applied in wet conditions and even underwater, its curing time is rarely affected by things like climate and moisture, etc.

With unique adhesion, there are minimal requirements for additional fixings, making it the fundamental solution for sealing and bonding. Due to the diverse range of projects it can be applied in, there are also a number of key features of the product which set it out from the rest. CT1 is the only product in the market with TRIBRID ® Technology, making it 360% stronger than a traditional Hybrid Polymer. As a unique sealant, CT1 also comes in a range of colours, making it an ideal solution for a range of circumstances. This sealant can blend in easily and ensure the end result of your project as no defects.
