I was actually surprised just how seamlessly it integrated into the current system. Does Arccos Link Work Well? Arccos Single Smart Grips are compatible with all Arccos products, including 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd Generation Arccos Smart Sensors, Arccos Smart Grips and Smart Sets (Cobra and PING). We have used the Caddie Link for over 20 rounds now and it has had almost 100 per cent shot detection success, only missing a couple of finesse greenside wedge shots - a definite improvement on the previous method. I can’t use it when when I’m wearing a coat. I’m guessing the combination of the Link being covered by my coat and the noise my coat makes when I’m swinging results in too many missed shots. I’ve read similar comments from other users, so I don’t think my situation is unique.

That said for something that seems so simple there was a ton of money and time poured into making the Link a reality. The technical details to make this happen are far beyond what you expect – so with over two years of development, I can’t say I’m surprised by the price. With the Arccos Link Gen2, the company hasn’t reinvented the wheel. The enhancements, especially the visual ones, are so subtle you likely won’t notice. Give the gift of membership to the golfer in your life. The award-winning Arccos app requires an annual membership. Now you can gift a current Arccos member their membership. It’s the smartest gift in golf.Amidst a few delays, golfers have been waiting a long time for Arccos Link, and I’m very happy to report that it has been well worth the wait.

As others have pointed out, the belt clip is prone to breaking. However, their customer support has always been responsive and sent no-cost replacements. We offer 6 types of single grips: Golf Pride MCC Plus4 (standard and midsize), and Golf Pride Tour Velvet (standard and midsize). I did pull out my phone every few holes to keep an eye on it, and during my first round I also had one caveat. Twist-In - P3 Putter: for use with Putter only (NEW - 42% Smaller, 21% lighter and better design for pistol grips) Another improvement with the Link Gen2 is the addition of GORE protective vents. That’s basically a tradename for a bit of environmental proofing intended to keep the stuff you encounter on the golf course (dirt, moisture, that sort of thing) from working its way into the second-generation Link and corroding the electronics.Get ready for the season with this limited time bundle. Choose between 3 Twist -In Regular Smart Sensors, 5 Twist-In Regular Smart Sensors or 4 Twist-In Regular Smart Sensors + 1 Twist-In P3 Putter Sensor. Several notations for the inverse trigonometric functions exist. The most common convention is to name inverse trigonometric functions using an arc- prefix: arcsin( x), arccos( x), arctan( x), etc. [6] (This convention is used throughout this article.) This notation arises from the following geometric relationships: [ citation needed] Golf Pride’s MCC Plus4 is a tour-proven, hybrid golf grip featuring a larger lower hand and new softer rubber material. The MCC Plus4 golf grip simulates 4 additional wraps of tape on the lower hand to encourages lighter grip pressure, reduced tension, and increased power.

On the flip side, their Apple Watch app works like a charm – at least for me. It rarely misses a shot, even if the watch is covered by my coat. And, since I already had the Apple Watch, there i no additional cost. (I wish I knew that before buying the Link.) After that they rebranded to Arccos Caddie and gave the app a hugeoverhaul by introducing an AI powered Caddie (that actually works).

If you have an Apple Watch with Arccos it makes the experience that much better, as I could easily add penalty strokes or extra putts directly from my watch.

Once charged you do need to ensure the device is turned off before storing it away in its pouch otherwise it will stay on standby and you’ll be left with not enough power when you need it. I forgot to charge my device as soon as I got it, so I plugged it into the USB port in my car on the way out to the course – so it only had about 20 minutes to charge, which Iwasn’t sure would be enough to get me through the round. Arccos Link is a small device that you clip onto your belt that recognizes all of the shots you hit using the Arccos Caddie system, without having to have your cell phone on you. Arccos Link is compatible with iPhone running iOS14.1 and newer, and Android devices, (Bluetooth, gyroscope & accelerometer required) running Pie 9.0 and newer.Don’t get me wrong, using just the grips or sensors on their own are still fantastic, but the Apple Watch and Link truly take it to the next level. They followed that up with the system being built into grips making for the best user experience yet. We offer 5 types of single sensors that can be used as either replacement sensors or as additional sensors for clubs you have added to your bag: It functions perfectly, does exactly what it should, and frees you from your phone while you’re on the course. Single Smart Grips can be used to replace Smart Sensors for a more seamless user experience, as additional grips for clubs you’ve recently added to your bag, or to replace worn out existing Smart Grips. Each Smart Grip comes with an Arccos sensor embedded in the grip. See below for specific grip details.
