Could be worth considering modifying an SPH-4 rather than an HGU/33 - they're MUCH cheaper and FAR easier to source, and my guess is you'd be less concerned about stripping it, filling, sanding, painting, etc. especially if it has a bit of damage. Well, it's actually about one and a half, I think. It was one and a half. I've got a great Polaroid of it, and he's right there, must be one and a half. Best of all, they are pretty easy to put together, meaning you can create the ultimate homemade getup if you're feeling crafty, or grab some clothes from your closet to make a last-minute costume that's better than anything you could buy.
