Of course, the Nutella had that classic indulgent chocolatey taste that we all know and love, which came as no surprise. For me, Nutella is something I can eat over and over again with a spoon, because it's super addictive. The first thing I noticed about the Nutoka was the difference in consistency, it was a lot grainier than the Nutella and a little more 'claggy' as opposed to smooth like the Nutella. In terms of the taste, there were also some subtle differences, but as a whole it still tasted really good. I personally don't think I'll be swapping to the Aldi Nutoka, purely because I don't buy Nutella that often, so I don't mind forking out an extra couple of pounds to do so. For those who buy chocolate spread on a regular basis and are looking to save a bit of money here and there, the Nutoka is definitely worth it. Sugar, Palm Oil, 𝐇𝐚𝐳𝐞𝐥𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐬 (13%), Skimmed 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤 Powder (8.7%), Fat-Reduced Cocoa (7.4%), Emulsifier: Lecithins (𝐒𝐨𝐲𝐚), Vanillin As a whole, the difference between the two chocolate spreads was absolutely miniscule, and if you're wanting to save a bit of extra money, I think the swap to Aldi is way worth it.

Aldi's Nutoka wasn't as strong as the Nutella in terms of the initial nutty chocolate taste, but it was still delicious and sweet. For those who aren't a huge fan of that strong nutty flavour, the Nutoka could definitely be a good alternative. The differences between the two were tiny, with the Aldi Nutoka being slightly more grainy and less strong in terms of flavour. However, that doesn't mean that it wasn't incredibly similar to the original Nutella.
