BareMinerals WELL-RESTED Eye Brightener SPF 20 is a lightweight, vegan eye brightening concealer that diminishes the appearance of puffiness, fatigue and dark circles for a wide-awake look. Unfortunately, the eye brightener made my under-eye area appear dry and "old" and unlike the makeup, it settled into every tiny line. Well Rested actually has a very subtle radiant glow to it that’s barely visible upon application but still has a rather nice way of diffusing the appearance of dark circles under eyes or fatigue around the face. It is a white powder with a fabulous sheen and a nice skin feel and it is still very popular in decorative cosmetics.
