After 30mins-an hour they're still definitely not the same, armaf gives me a headache if I spray it more than once across my neck area, too synthetic, don't like the ambroxan in there. After 10 mins or so it transitions into something flowery, which I can't pinpoint exactly- it definetely isn't pure rose, jasmine or iris( some of notes that I enjoy). I have CDNIM and Silleage, i would say both perfumes give me good mood and confidence when im wearing it.

There are mineralic hints, and an ozonic feel that vaguely reminds me of something I had years ago ( Azzaro Now Men? SMW is way more complex and citrussy in its opening and armaf definitely has a synthetic note and is sweeter. I think you should wear fragrances because you like them and not because you want other people to tell you that they like them, but there is that. for me, there's an aspect that smells similar to smelling a kitten or a baby - not that it were infantile as it definitely isn't, but that it's softly pleasant, "bury your nose in the scent" kinda thing, and you can't really tell what makes it so (it may be the sandalwood with the musk and jasmine, but they blend together in such a way that it surpasses these notes separately).you constantly catch whiffs off it which great from a performance point of view but not with this strength and formula. Right off the top you get punched in the face with lemon and lime while the musk is just barely noticeable, hiding in the corner watching the violence. After a minute, the sharp citrus fades and turns into a bright, yet inky floral, comforting, mysterious scent. If you like SMW you’ll like this unless you’re the type who pays for the name on the fragrance in which you fool yourself into thinking it’s different. With just a few spritzes, the scent lingers on the skin for hours, leaving a captivating trail wherever you go.

I actually feel energized after I've smelled this, like one of those bodybuilders that sniffs ammonia salts before they attempt a heavy lift. UPDATE: Still on the side where I consider this a Twist, not necessarily a clone due to prominent ambroxan.

I sprayed this on a tester paper yesterday at 6pm and 12 hours later, the scent still creates a scent bubble around my desk. Overtime, the maceration processes brings down the citrus blast and the true blend of the fragrance comes sooner. I get decent performance out of it, it lasts most of a work day and projects out well enough for most of that time, so I can't complain about that.I will say, testing this right now, 2 days after Christmas, this stuff will NOT fly too far in the fall/winter, but the moment it starts warming up, I feel it'll go really good on a warm day, in the sun, maybe even at work. I spray this on the vest I wear beneath my cycling jersey, and even after a 4 hour ride (drenched in sweat) and putting the clothes through the wash, smelling the clean dry vest I can easily still smell Sillage every time. I'd even go as far as saying that this to Blackcurrant is like Guerlain's Vetiver to the note, but then again I haven't tried a lot of fragrances where Blackcurrant was the main in the mix and not just a minor note in the accord. A separate question regarding the quality of the actual content, if it irritates the eyes and overwhelms the receptors.
