The Outdoor Element Firebiner is a survival carabiner that is as much for everyday use as it is for survival enhancement. I won't lie and say I have had many chances to use many of the features that come with the Firebiner. There are two replacement ferrocerium rods included with your Firebiner to ensure you’re always prepared for an emergency.

A strong spring holds the wire gate in place for easy opening but keeps the carabiner firmly closed otherwise, and the frame also features hang slots which you can use to attach it to a keychain or whatever else you may have handy.
