P blend is composed of eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the two finest areas of Cognac, Grande and Petite Champagne, leading to the name Fine Champagne. The water doesn’t drain as easily as in the Grande Champagne, meaning the roots don’t have to reach as deep and in turn aren’t as resilient.For more than three centuries cognac has been recognised as the finest of all spirits distilled from grapes.
