This costume is great for the money! It's clear what you are meant to be and comes with all of the accessories required. If it’s a big film, like the Fantastic Beasts series, we will make the costumes for the principal characters and the featured characters (like aurors) and then rent some of the costumes for extras from different costume houses around the world. A character may also have a stunt double and a photo double so you need more versions of costumes than you might think! What have you worked on? Excellent & comfy, if your a bit on the plump side it will fit fine as top is stretchy & belts are soft leatherette with sponge inner lining so will not dig in. Some DIY adjustments needed with the belts but easy to do.First off, you have to take the wig out and hang it up somewhere. I forgot about it and it sat in the bag until I needed it and had issues with the hair being in my face to the point where I couldn't see unless I held it out of my face. The negatives are the netting inside the wig is a little small but don't let this put you off! the wig does look pretty good when in place & not bad quality. I’ve had many exciting jobs, learning so much from each – there isn’t just one project that rules for me. What do you look for when hiring people?

Well I got into costume and film a little bit later in my life. I wanted to be a painter when I was young and then I had a child when I was 17 and so I had to, you know, do other things. And, when she was in high school, I started this career through getting jobs in the fashion industry. I basically moved to New York when I was 29-years-old and started being a costume designer and it was not easy.

As well as the Fantastic Beasts film series, I’ve worked on a lot of projects with director Tim Burton, like Alice in Wonderland, Dumbo and Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. I recently worked on Disney’s live-action adaptation of Lady and the Tramp and am involved in the upcoming The Little Mermaid film too. How did you get your job?
