This week, we’re talking double strollers and today, we air our video on the Maclaren Twin Techno Stroller! They are really easy to connect or disconnect the two pushchairs and manoeuvrability is good even with an uneven weight in each pushchair.

Five safety straps securely mounted to our aluminium frame mated with our exclusive two-finger release buckle making every Maclaren the safest seat around.

The narrowest buggy on the market with plenty of room to seat two kids, can fit through standard doorways with ease. The fully padded seats recline independently to a near flat position, so it can be used from 3+ months (although they say 6+ months), and there’s extra security netting on the bottom of the seat so small babies can’t fall out. VAT Relief – this product is eligible for VAT Relief where it is supplied for a specific child with a disability. I would also like to mention that even with the double stroller I still have room for groceries and more!

This combination offers an interim solution that may last for a few years as your children transition from a standard sized pushchair. If you are planning a seriously adventurous trip, the small wheels on most travel strollers might not cut it.Still, one attempt to adjust the harness or release the buckle leaves us unable to recommend this stroller. I belong to a local Stroller Strides group, and how to find a quality, safe, and easy-to-use stroller, especially when you have multiple children, is a topic that has dominated conversations. The stroller has a 5-point harness with three height positions to keep kiddos safe and secure as they grow. The Twin has a two-handed fold that is initiated with the foot (above left), making it not great for sandaled feet. To say I was excited to see the Maclaren Twin Techno arrive at our home is pretty much and understatement.

It may not have some of the luxury features of the Twin Techno, but it has pretty much everything you need. Twin Techno sets the standard for easy manoeuvring and smooth ride in a full-sized twin umbrella fold buggy that fits through standard doorways. This takes extra time to sort through and follow, which leads to frustration and losing your place or accidentally skipping steps. This would also be a good double stroller to take on a airplane trip, but I would recommend utilizing the Maclaren Carry bag with it, to protect against damage.

There were a few features that differed between my Maclaren Single and Twin, such as an extended canopy on my single- which I miss when we are out in full sun. This stroller also has a pocket on the back of each canopy that is easy to use and holds easy access items (above right).
