My three year old son loves Rocket and Groot and asks me to rewind the commercials when he see them on TV. Not as perfected as the first entry, it was still a whole lot of fun-and-tunes mayhem with this lovable crew, whose subsequent involvement in the Infinity War / Endgame team-up was welcome, and whose teased spin-off with Thor, loosely nicknamed " Asgardians of the Galaxy", would unfortunately lead to a nothing more than disappointing cameo at the start of a generally quite disappointing Thor: Love and Thunder. This Ultra HD Blu-ray delivers an excellent 4K presentation, with commendable implementation of shifting aspect ratios.

With old alliances tested and new enemies emerging, the Guardians must confront their own pasts while striving to save the universe from imminent destruction. Disney will add four new titles to its 4K Blu-ray catalog: Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), Ant-Man (2015), Doctor Strange (2016), and Maleficent (2014). Is it the one last tip of excellence for the MCU or will they head into exciting territory that hits the highs of the early years.There’s really no way to dislike the movie, it’s got a groovy soundtrack, good performances all around and is entertaining from opening shot to closing.
