We are sure you will be happy with everything you buy from us, if not...

"We will refund 100% of your purchase if you are in any way unhappy" (goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt)

Items are exchangeable for alternate sizes within 14 days of receipt. Alternativley we will issue a credit note.

Firstly, we ask you to check your goods carefully before using them.  We also recommend that you make a note of your purchase no, which is contained in the confirmation email.

Items must be in original condition unused and in original packaging.

All returns must be sent to our office using Royal Mail recorded or special delivery. Posh-Pawz Uk can not be held responsible for losses due to the postal system.

Please note that Delivery charges are not refundable. Seasonal Items,Toys and personalised goods are not returnable.

What if there is a problem with the goods?

If you discover a problem within 7 days, please contact us with details of the fault. We will usually give you a replacement or a refund.
