How Much is Delivery?
FREE UK Delivery On Orders Over £29
We make every effort to keep our postal charges as low as possible.
UK Delivery is by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For. A signature will be required. (Pet beds are sent via carrier service)
Postage charge is for total order. (not per item) and is displayed at checkout before you commit to purchase and before payment.
For Goods Sent Within The United Kingdom
UK P&P - Orders Under £29 - ONLY £1.95*
*Orders Upto 500g - For most items such as collars, leads, harnesses, doggie clothes, ID tags, pet toys, gifts etc.
For larger quantity orders or heavier items - Order total weight between 501g - 4kg. Postage and packing is based on weight and is calculated at checkout, before you commit to buy.

Delivery to Europe
£7.95 total order weight upto 300g
Over 300g - Postage & Packing is based on order weight and is calculated at checkout before you commit to buy. Maximum 2kg.
Delivery To Countries Outside Europe
£9.95 total order weight upto 300g
Over 300g - Postage & Packing is based on order weight and is calculated at checkout before you commit to buy. Maximum 2kg.
Please note that if you live outside the EU, you may have to pay tax or import duty imposed by your country's customs office. Any such charges are your responsibility and Posh-Pawz UK will not be held liable for these.
Please note that some countries impose import restrictions for certain products. We will notify you by e-mail if there are any known customs restrictions for your chosen product/s.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to despatch in stock items within 48 hours. In most cases you will receive your goods within a few days for postal deliveries to UK addresses*. However to avoid disappointment we prefer to state you will receive goods within 7–14 days.
Handmade pet beds take approx 2-4 weeks.
Please Note: International delivery times vary depending on the destination country, please allow upto 4 Weeks.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays).
If you order at weekend or Bank holiday, your order will be placed the following working day.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
To avoid disappointment please allow up to 21 days in the event your product is out of stock.
If an item is out of stock, and there will be a delay exceeding 21 days we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated date or arrange an alternative product/size or a refund.

IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
What if I'm not in?
If you're not in when your items are delivered they will usually be taken to your local sorting office (or depot if a courier is used) and a card will be put through your door. A signature will usually be required to receive or collect an order.
Please do not ask for your parcel to be left in a 'safe place' Ie: at the back door. We use a Signed For delivery service and goods will not be left without a signature.
