It's safe to use a 100 Ohms speaker on a lok v4, Zimo etc, but you will get very poor sound levels. However, a 4 or8 ohms connected to a lok v3.5 will kill the amplifier almost instantly. I would respectfully suggest that the smaller type be used only where the larger one cannot fit. Again, performance is good for its size, but the larger one is far superior. They cost the same.
